I keep tabs on my mood by checking in three times a day, in the morning, afternoon, and night, using a simple 1–5 score, a few words, and a brief note about what's going on. When I wake up, I jot down my dreams, noting their vibe, intensity, main themes, and any links to the day before. This setup helps me organize my feelings and dreams into something neat for easy visualization and analysis.

FINAL DREAMS

Day 1- The Transformers
On the first night, I found myself swept into a wild and thrilling dream. Picture this: the Transformers were chasing me, determined to abduct me! The city transformed into an epic chase scene as I zoomed along a roller coaster-style highway on the coolest, open-air train ever. I just remember waking up with a lot of adernaline.

Day 2- CLUEDO CHRISTMAS
The next night, I dreamt I was playing Cluedo with my boyfriend on Christmas. Everything was festive and lighthearted until it turned into a high-stakes mystery! In the strange way dreams work, I was somehow competing against myself. By the end, I was so frustrated I woke up, declaring myself the winner of the most confusing game of Cluedo ever!

Day 3- random robbery
In the next dream, I slipped into a dream where I was the parent of a 12-year-old, endlessly spinning on a Ferris wheel. The only way to set her free? Catching the crafty bandits robbing the jewelry store across from the amusement park. The twist? My trusty ride was a tiny bicycle!

Day 4- coffee chaos
Last night in my dream, I fell asleep in a coffee shop, nestled beside a steaming cup of coffee. Suddenly, a sleep paralysis demon appeared, trying to make me dance. However, I remained asleep. Truth be told, it was the most frightening dream of the week. Who would have thought demons were interested in dance-offs?

Day 5- THE MALL WORLD
The mall world dream is one of those weirdly familiar lucid ones where I’m fully aware I’m dreaming, so I’m basically just wandering around like “yep, here we go again.” It’s this endless, shifting mall with corridors that loop, random escalators to nowhere, and shops that feel like they almost make sense but don’t. Because I’m lucid, it’s not scary, it’s more like I’m exploring a glitchy liminal playground and just vibing in it.
